This policy explains what information Jextter Enterprises, Inc. ("we", "us") collects through this website, when you buy our software, and when you contact us — and what we never collect.
What we collect, and why
When you visit this website
- Analytics. We use Plausible Analytics to count page views, referring sites, and approximate country, browser and device type. Plausible sets no cookies, stores no personal data, and does not track you across websites or over time. We use it only to understand which pages are useful.
- Hosting. The website runs on Microsoft Azure. Like any web server, it receives technical information — your IP address and the page requested — in order to deliver the page. We use it only to operate and secure the site, and it is kept in service logs for a limited period.
When you buy a license
Purchases are handled by Paddle.com, our reseller and Merchant of Record. Paddle collects your payment details; we never see or store your card or bank details. Paddle shares with us what we need to issue and support your license: your name, email address, organization name if given, country, the product and number of seats bought, and the transaction record. Paddle's own handling of your information is described in Paddle's Privacy Notice.
We use this information to deliver and support your license, to tell you about updates you are entitled to, and to keep the business records the law requires.
When you activate Rehnix
⟦TO CONFIRM: this section describes the expected licensing design, and changes with it.⟧ To check that a seat is licensed, Rehnix sends ⟦TO CONFIRM: your license key and an identifier for the computer it is activated on⟧ to ⟦TO CONFIRM: our licensing service, or Paddle⟧ when you activate it ⟦TO CONFIRM: and from time to time afterwards⟧. It never sends your records, case data, provider credentials, file names or anything from its logs. We use this only to confirm your license and to let you move a seat to another computer.
When you contact us
When you email us, we receive your message, your email address and anything you attach. We use it only to answer you and to help with your issue.
If you attach Rehnix's logs: they can include file names, dates, the provider's server address and the results of each retrieval. File names can contain personal details, so please review a log before sending it. Please never send us the records themselves. If you do by mistake, we will delete them and let you know.
Who we share information with
Only the service providers who help us run the business, each for their own part:

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights or the safety of others. If Jextter Enterprises is ever sold or reorganized, customer records may pass to the new owner under this policy.
How long we keep it
- Purchase, license and activation records: as long as your license is in use, and afterwards for as long as tax and accounting law requires — typically seven years.
- Support emails and attachments: until your issue is resolved, then deleted within 12 months. Attached logs are deleted as soon as they are no longer needed.
- Website analytics: aggregated counts only, with nothing personal to delete.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us at any time to see the personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it, and we will do so unless the law requires us to keep it. Depending on where you live — for example in California or the European Union — you may have further rights under local law, and we will honor them. Email us at the address on our Contact page.
Children
Our software is for professional use. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update it here and change the date below. If a change affects how we use information we already hold, we will tell affected customers by email.
